What are the interest rates to refinance a VA loan? Shall we go Conventional?

We have 20% equity in our home. We have a VA loan with 6.35% interest rate and just bought it a few months ago. Should we refinance? What are the rates? Should we do a streamline VA loan refinance with our current lender, Chase, at 5.375% or pick mortgage broker? I have seen Conventional for 4.8%

va streamline help please?

ok so i was offered 4.5 with one point, but an origination fee? im at 6% good idea or no, i know there are pros out there, please help…..what should i be looking for in a va streamline refinanace.

also i see some companies offer one month no payment while others offer two, why? i would like two, but what is the draw back?

Is professional mortgage source company a fraud?

does anyone have any reviews about Professional Mortgage Source LLC? i got a letter from them for a chance to do a streamline refinance for a lower rate. but i know that now a lot of company are taking the new lower rates for fraudulent use. so are they secure or just trying to make money. anyone used them or know about them. please help
